Top drawer 2010 Marimekko

I love Scandinavian company Marimekko so it was great to see their stand at Top Drawer. Maija Louekari's prints are gorgeous, and below are some examples of her designs.

Jen Rowland

Jen Rowland's stand caught my eye at Top Drawer. I had only seen her work online before and in real life it is stunning. It's her choice of colour palette which attracts me. I also like the use of pattern on interior products such as lamp shades. She successfully demonstrates how a range of designs can be applied to multiple products effectively such as notebooks and cushions by simply changing the scale of the imagery used.

Jurianne Matter

I noticed this designer had been mentioned on the print pattern blog as being an exhibitor at Top Drawer. I didn't notice these products at the show, but I think the concept is really interesting and the paper products look beautiful as lanterns.
